ITINERARY
Today marks the beginning of your international journey as you board an overnight flight to Lisbon, Portugal. Be at ease knowing that all the essential preparations for your trip have been taken care of. Sit back, unwind, and savor every moment of your flight. Your spiritual journey starts here!
Upon our arrival in Lisbon, our Nativity Pilgrimage tour guide will warmly welcome us. We will then embark on a journey to Santarem, where we will have the opportunity to visit the Church of St. Stephen, a sacred site associated with the 8th-century Eucharistic Miracle. Following this moving experience, we will proceed to Fatima, where we will enjoy a delightful dinner and spend the night at our hotel.
We will commence our day with a serene mass at the Chapel of Apparitions, where we will seek spiritual connection and peace. Following this, we will embark on a journey to explore the grandeur of the Basilica and pay our respects at the tombs of Francisco and Jacinta Marto. Our next stop will be Aljustrel, where the three children resided during the divine apparitions. We will then continue our pilgrimage to Valinhos, another sacred apparition site. As the day draws to a close, we will take part in the poignant Stations of the Cross along the Via Sacra, the location of the first Apparition. Our day will conclude with a warm and comforting dinner, followed by a peaceful overnight stay at your hotel.
This morning, we are heading to Avila, a city known as the city of Kings and Saints and the birthplace of St. Theresa. Our first stop will be the Carmelite Convent and then we will celebrate Mass at the Cathedral. Following this, we will embark on a delightful city tour. You can look forward to a wonderful dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.
Today, we are heading to the beautiful city of Burgos, known for its stunning Gothic Cathedral and as the final resting place of numerous Spanish monarchs. Our day will include a guided tour of the awe-inspiring Burgos Cathedral followed by a special Mass to celebrate our visit. Later, we will enjoy a delightful dinner and stay overnight at our hotel.
This morning, we are embarking on a journey to Loyola, the birthplace of St. Ignatius, the esteemed founder of The Jesuit Order. Upon arrival, we will have the opportunity to explore the magnificent Basilica of Loyola before proceeding to Lourdes. In the evening, we will have the chance to partake in the serene candlelight procession after enjoying a delightful dinner. We will then spend the night at our comfortable hotel accommodations.
Today, our tour of Lourdes will take us to explore Bernadette’s house, the magnificent Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, the sacred Miraculous Spring, the revered Shrine of Bernadette, and the impressive XII century Castle. Later, we will experience the Stations of the Cross. Following this, you will have the opportunity to take part in various ceremonies or engage in private devotions. We will conclude the day with a delightful dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.
This morning, we have an exciting journey ahead as we make our way to Montserrat. Take in the stunning views as we drive through charming villages on our approach to Montserrat Mountain. When we arrive, we’ll have the opportunity to explore the Royal Basilica and admire the renowned 12th-century Romanesque sculpture of “Virgen Moreneta.” Following our visit, we’ll head to Barcelona. You can look forward to a delightful dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.
Today’s tour of Barcelona will take you through the historic Gothic Quarter, where you can wander through narrow medieval streets and admire the stunning architecture. You will have the opportunity to visit the beautiful Church of Santa Maria Del Mar, known for its impressive Catalan Gothic style. The tour will also include a visit to the iconic La Sagrada Familia, the unfinished masterpiece by Antoni Gaudí, and the Cathedral of St. Eulalia with its fascinating cloisters House Museum. You will then have some free time to indulge in a leisurely lunch and explore the bustling atmosphere of Las Ramblas for shopping and people-watching. In the evening, you can look forward to a delightful dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.
Our pilgrimage ends today, as we transfer to the airport this morning to board our return flight home.
