ITINERARY
Your pilgrimage journey starts today as you board your flight to Israel! Relax and enjoy your flight as you prepare for an enriching experience.
Welcome to Israel! After arriving at Ben Gurion Airport, you’ll meet our guide and board a comfortable coach to Netanya. If time permits, we’ll stop in Jaffa for a special Mass at St. Peter’s Church to start your spiritual journey. Enjoy dinner and relax at your hotel, ready for the adventures ahead!
We’ll start the day at Caesarea Maritima, exploring ancient ruins linked to King Herod. Then, we’ll visit the Deir Al-Muhraqa Carmelite Monastery for Mass at the site of the Prophet Elijah’s stand (I Kings 18). Our journey continues to the Stella Maris Monastery on Mount Carmel, followed by a scenic drive to Haifa City. Finally, we’ll head to Tiberias by the Sea of Galilee to relax and enjoy a delightful dinner at your hotel.
This morning, we celebrate Mass in Cana, the site of Jesus’ first miracle, where couples can renew their wedding vows. Next, we’ll visit Nazareth, exploring the Basilica of the Annunciation, St. Joseph’s Church, Mary’s Well, and the local market. Afterward, we’ll ascend Mount Tabor to reflect on the Transfiguration before returning to Tiberias for dinner and a restful evening at the hotel.
Get ready for a spiritually uplifting day! We’ll visit the Mount of Beatitudes, Tabgha (site of the miraculous multiplication of fish and bread), and the Church of Peter’s Primacy. Then we’ll journey to Capernaum, Jesus’ home base. We’ll celebrate Mass aboard a boat on the tranquil Sea of Galilee. As the sun sets, we’ll head to Bethlehem for dinner and cozy overnight accommodations.
Embrace your pilgrimage in Bethlehem, visiting the Shepherd’s Fields for Mass and the Church of the Nativity, the site of Jesus’ birth. In the afternoon, we’ll explore Ein Karem, the birthplace of St. John the Baptist, and the Church of the Visitation. After a fulfilling day, enjoy dinner and a comfortable stay at your hotel in Bethlehem.
Today, we will walk in the footsteps of Jesus, starting at the Mount of Olives at Pater Noster, where He taught the Lord’s Prayer. We’ll follow the Palm Sunday route, stopping at Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept over Jerusalem, before reflecting in the Garden of Gethsemane and celebrating Mass at the Church of All Nations. Our journey continues to the Chapel of the Ascension and culminates at Mount Zion, visiting the Upper Room and St. Peter in Gallicantu, a reminder of Peter’s denial. After a fulfilling day, we return to our hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and rest.
Today we embark on a reflective journey along the Via Dolorosa, walking the path Jesus took during his last moments and pausing to pray at each Station of the Cross. We will culminate at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre for Mass, followed by a visit to St. Anne’s Church for a heartfelt prayer. We’ll see the Ecce Homo, where Pontius Pilate proclaimed, “Behold the man,” and visit the Wailing Wall, a sacred site for the Jewish faith. The rest of the day is yours to explore, shop, or relax before dinner and an overnight stay in cozy Bethlehem accommodations.
Our adventure continues in Bethany, home of Lazarus and his sisters, Martha and Mary. After visiting the Church of Lazarus, we’ll renew our baptismal vows at the Jordan River and then head to Jericho. We can celebrate Mass in either Bethany or Jericho before exploring the ancient excavations of Jericho, the oldest city in the world. We’ll also view the Mount of Temptation and hear stories of Jesus during his fast. A visit to Qumran, site of the Dead Sea Scrolls, is next. To conclude the day, we’ll float in the mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea before returning to Bethlehem for dinner and an overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast, we’ll head to the airport for our flight to Rome. Upon arrival, our coach bus will take us to San Paul Outside the Walls. After some free time for lunch, we’ll explore the Basilica with our guide and celebrate Mass together. Dinner will be at our hotel in Rome, where we’ll rest for the upcoming days.
We have an extraordinary morning planned, starting with a papal audience with Pope Francis, a truly uplifting experience. Afterward, we’ll explore the Vatican Museums, admiring highlights like Michelangelo’s Pieta and the Sistine Chapel. We’ll also visit St. Peter’s Basilica and pay our respects at the Tomb of St. John Paul II. The day will conclude with a delightful dinner at our hotel.
Our day starts at the Church of St. Paul Outside the Walls, where St. Paul’s body rests. We’ll then explore Ancient Rome, visiting the Coliseum. In the afternoon, we’ll see the Basilica of St. Mary Major, the largest church dedicated to the Blessed Mother. Next, we’ll visit the Basilica of St. John Lateran, where St. Francis encouraged Pope Innocent III to establish the Franciscan Order, followed by the Scala Sancta, where some may choose to ascend on their knees. We’ll conclude with dinner and an overnight stay at our hotel.
We’ll explore the enchanting town of Assisi, birthplace of St. Francis and St. Clare. Highlights include the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels, the Convent of St. Damian, the Basilica of St. Francis, and the Basilica of St. Clare. After a fulfilling day, we’ll return to Rome for dinner and a restful hotel stay.
As we reflect on our incredible journey, we’ll transfer to the airport for our return flight home, filled with memories and experiences that will last a lifetime.
