The pilgrimage culminates in Aparecida, home to the Basilica of the National Shrine of Our Lady Aparecida—the largest Marian shrine in the world and the spiritual center of Brazilian Catholicism—where pilgrims gather to honor the patroness of Brazil and celebrate Mass in a profound atmosphere of devotion.
