ITINERARY
DAY 1: DEPART FOR ISRAEL
Today marks the beginning of an unforgettable pilgrimage as you board your flight to Israel. Prepare yourself for an inspiring journey where you will walk in the footsteps of Jesus and create cherished memories.
DAY 2: TEL AVIV / NETANYA
Upon your arrival at Ben Gurion Airport, you’ll breeze through customs and be warmly greeted by our knowledgeable guide, who will support you throughout your pilgrimage. From there, you’ll board a comfortable coach for a scenic journey to your hotel in Netanya. If time allows, we will stop in the charming city of Jaffa to celebrate Mass at the beautiful St. Peter’s Church. Relax and settle in for the night at your lovely hotel in Netanya.
DAY 3: MT. TABOR / CANA / NAZARETH / TIBERIAS
Start your day at Mount Tabor, the site of the Transfiguration, and then travel to Cana for couples to renew their wedding vows during Mass. Visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, St. Joseph’s Church, Mary’s Well, and the bustling Old Market in Nazareth. Finally, enjoy a scenic journey to Tiberias for dinner and an overnight stay at a cozy hotel along the Sea of Galilee.
DAY 4: MT. OF BEATITUDES / TABGHA / CAPERNAUM / SEA OF GALILEE / BETHLEHEM
Experience the beauty of the Mount of Beatitudes, the site of the Sermon on the Mount, and visit Tabgha, where the miracle of the loaves and fishes happened. Nearby is the Church of Peter’s Primacy. We’ll then head to Capernaum, where Jesus began His ministry. Imagine celebrating Mass on the tranquil Sea of Galilee before driving to Bethlehem for dinner and a restful night at your hotel.
DAY 5: BETHLEHEM / NATIVITY CHURCH / SHEPHERD’S FIELD / EIN KAREM
In the heart of Bethlehem, we will visit the Shepherd’s Fields and celebrate Mass together. Then, we’ll explore the historic Church of the Nativity, built on the very spot where Jesus was born. In the afternoon, we’ll go to Ein Karem, the birthplace of St. John the Baptist, and the Church of the Visitation, where the Virgin Mary proclaimed her beautiful ‘Magnificat’ to her cousin, Elizabeth. End the day with dinner and overnight stay at your Bethlehem hotel.
DAY 6: JERUSALEM: PALM SUNDAY ROUTE
Today, we start our journey at the Mount of Olives and Pater Noster, where Jesus taught the Lord’s Prayer. We’ll visit Dominus Flevit, the Garden of Gethsemane with The Rock of Agony, and celebrate Mass at the Church of All Nations. Next, we’ll stop at the Chapel of the Ascension and the Upper Room on Mount Zion, concluding at St. Peter in Gallicantu, the site of Peter’s denial. After a meaningful day, we’ll enjoy dinner and rest at our hotel in Bethlehem.
DAY 7: JERUSALEM: VIA DOLOROSA
Today, we’ll follow Jesus’ last steps along the Via Dolorosa, praying at each Station of the Cross. Our pilgrimage culminates at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre for Mass. We’ll also visit St. Anne’s Church, pass Ecce Homo, and the Wailing Wall. The rest of the day is free for you to explore or relax, ending with dinner and an overnight stay in Bethlehem.
DAY 8: BETHANY / JORDAN RIVER / JERICHO / QUMRAN / DEAD SEA
We’ll visit Bethany, home of Lazarus, Martha, and Mary, and explore Lazarus Church. We’ll renew our baptismal vows at the Jordan River before stopping in Jericho for Mass and admiring the Mount of Temptation. Then we’ll head to Qumran, home of the Dead Sea Scrolls, with a chance to float in the Dead Sea. After a day of discovery, we’ll return to Bethlehem for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay at our hotel.
DAY 9: MT. NEBO / AMMAN
We’re excited to cross the Allenby Bridge into beautiful Jordan. First, we’ll visit Madaba, known for its stunning mosaics. Then, we’ll head to Mount Nebo for breathtaking views of the Holy Land and the Jordan River Valley, where the Tomb of Moses is located. Finally, we’ll drive to Amman for dinner and an overnight stay at our hotel.
DAY 10: WADI MUSA / PETRA
A day of wonder awaits us as we journey to Wadi Musa, leading us to the majestic Petra. This ancient city, filled with remarkable carved structures, including the iconic Monastery carved from solid sandstone, will take our breath away. After a delightful lunch, we’ll return through the Siq to Wadi Musa for our return drive to Amman. Dinner and an overnight stay at our hotel in Amman will cap off this amazing experience.
DAY 11: JERASH / JERICHO
We’ll start today with a drive to Jerash, often dubbed the “Pompeii of the East” due to its exceptional preservation. Get ready to marvel at the incredible colonnaded street, the Temple of Zeus, the Forum, and Hadrian’s Arch. In the afternoon, we’ll return to Amman for our farewell dinner. Overnight in Amman.
DAY 12: DEPARTURE
As our journey ends, we’ll head to the airport, our hearts filled with excitement and lifelong memories.
