ITINERARY

Today: Your pilgrimage begins today as you depart on your overnight flight to Paris. Meals and drinks served aloft.

Today: Arrival. Airport assistance. Free time for lunch. Meet your guide for a tour of Paris including visits to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, Sainte Chapelle which was built in 1248 to house Our Lord’s Crown of Thorns and other relics, the famous Opera House (outside visit), the Arc de Triomphe (outside visit). Proceed to the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal at Rue de Bac for a Mass. It was here where Our Lady appeared to St. Catherine Laboure in 1830. Drive to the hotel for check-in.

Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

Today: Breakfast, in the morning we will drive to Lisieux, the home of St. Therese the “Little Flower of Jesus”. Visit the home where St. Therese lived as a child and the Carmel Convent where she was a nun. After Mass, visit the Basilica of St. Theresa, its Crypt, and the 13th Century Gothic Cathedral of St. Peter. Return to Paris in the afternoon.

Today: After breakfast, we will go to Montmartre with its magnificent Basilica of Sacre Coeur. We will conclude the day with a visit to the Basilica of St. Denis which contains the relics of Saint-Denis, the patron saint of France. Continue to the train station. Depart to Lourdes by train. Upon arrival, check-in hotel.

Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

Today: After breakfast meet your guide and start your full-day guided tour of Lourdes. You have all day to experience the special atmosphere of this beautiful town. Attend Mass at the Grotto of Massabielle, visit the Basilica of St. Pius X, see the house where Bernadette lived during the Apparitions, and visit several of the sites where miraculous cures have taken place. After dinner, join the candlelight procession.

Today: Following breakfast, we will travel to Burgos, the cradle of Castille, and the Gothic capital of Spain. Upon arrival in Burgos, we will enjoy a brief tour including the famous Burgos Cathedral, the third-largest church of Spain, and one of the country’s most magnificent for its beautiful Spanish Gothic style.  Check-in hotel.

Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

Today: Following breakfast continue to Santiago de Compostela. We will stop in Leon. Upon arrival meet your guide for a short tour. We will visit the Cathedral – the finest example of French-style classic Gothic architecture in Spain, as well as the Basilica of San Isidoro, one of the most important Romanesque churches in Spain and resting place of Leon’s medieval monarchs. Free time for lunch. Our journey will continue, to Santiago de Compostela. At arrival, check-in the hotel.

Today: After breakfast meet your guide and start your full-day guided tour of Santiago de Compostela. We will enjoy a complete tour of Santiago de Compostela. Visit the impressive Cathedral which is considered to be one of the finest pieces of architecture in Europe. After Mass, climbs up the stairs behind the altar to visit the crypt, where a silver urn contains the relics of St. James. See the Portico de la Gloria (Gateway to Heaven), an unparalleled masterpiece. Walk to the top of the Cathedral for a panoramic view of this glorious city. We will also visit the museum in the cloister adjoining the Cathedral.

Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

Today: After breakfast drive to Fatima. We will stop at the Bom Jesus do Monte which is an important pilgrimage shrine to celebrate Mass and enjoy free time to discover the many chapels, the beautiful stairs, the gardens, and the lake. Continue to Porto. At arrival, free time for lunch, followed by a guided tour of Porto. Visit the soaring Cathedral and admire the richly decorated Church of Sao Francisco. Continue to Fatima – one of the world’s most important Marian Shrines. At arrival, check-in the hotel.

Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

Today: Breakfast. We will celebrate Mass on the spot where Our Lady appeared at the Chapel of Apparitions. After the mass, meet your guide guided tour of Fatima. Go to Visit the Basilica to see the site of Francisco and Jacinta’s graves and then on to the hamlet of Aljustrel where the three children lived during the Apparitions. Continue to Valinhos, the site where Our Lady appeared following the children’s release from prison. This evening participates in the Stations of the Cross along with the Via Sacre, site of the first Apparition.

Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel.

Today: Breakfast. Meet your guide for tour of Fatima. The rest of the day is free for personal activities.

Today: This morning we will transfer to the airport to catch our return flight home.
